format FedEx integrated shipping label

Does anyone know how to format the shipping label that is generated in the NS pdf which is displayed when clicking the printer button next to actions, then "print label"?  The standard format is for the label to be in portrait orientation on a portrait-oriented page.  This places it in the upper left corner of the page with the upper left corner of the label aligned.  The proper orientation is to have the label upper left corner rotated to be placed in the upper right corner of the page layout when the page is viewed in portrait. 

Attempting to rotate the print setting to landscape in most printers just rotates the whole page, including the label.
