Back Order Management
Hello everyone,
I am struggling with coming up with a process to manage our backordered items. We have some business rules in place that require us to review a back order before it can be shipped so I am looking for a way to automatically put the back ordered items on "hold" once a fulfillment has been created on a sales order. We are currently manually looking at a customized back order report, marking the sales orders "Ship Complete", and then reviewing them right away...My initial thought was to create a workflow that would automatically mark the sales order "Pending Approval" once
