Issues with processing any records that require an address
We are having issues with processing any records that require an address, whether it is Fulfill an Order, Updating and/or adding Leads, Prospects, Customers, Employees, etc.. that require an address. This is ongoing since yesterday. It is not limited to Admin roles, but other roles. Netsuite tech support is unable to determine the problem and it's escalated. Our VAR Support tested our system, scripts and they are exhibit no issues. What's the fix?
