Sales Orders - Inventory pulled from 2 Sites

I am new to NetSuite but one of my biggest issues is that I can't run my sales orders based off of 2 inventory sites.  Let me explain a little more.  I have 2 locations - one is the pick/pack location and one is the storage location.  They are next door to eachother.  When I create a sales order, I would like to be able to use both locations so an item that is in the storage location isn't marked as out of stock and backordered.  We do inventory transfer 2-3 times per week.  Any suggestions?
