Unfulfilled Lines don't display Backordered

Good morning,
We need any unfulfilled lines on a Sales Order to appear on the printed Item Fulfillment as a Backorder.
Currently, if a line is partially fulfilled, the fulfilled quantity displays fulfilled, and the unfilled quantity as backordered, but lines with none fulfilled do not display at all.

Is it possible for the unfulfilled lines to display on the printed Item Fulfillment as backordered?
If this could apply to printed Invoices as well, that would be awesome, thanks!
