UPS real time rates- Package calculation logic
[LEFT]We have customers who order 50 pounds of different items put together in one order. Maximum weight that our boxes can contain is 40 pounds plus the 6 pounds dry ice that goes in every box. So we need two boxes to fulfill this order. For some reason, when we go to fulfill the order only one package is shown and we change it to two . This causes increase in our shipping cost almost double and we cannot pass this on to our customer .[/LEFT]
