Has anyone encountered issues with Item Fulfillments

Has anyone encountered issues with Item Fulfillments, we use IE 11 on our terminals and it seems that we cannot load subtabs, unfortunately we are stuck using IE 11 on the terminals currently because of an integration.  Anyone know a workaround?
