Forecast vs. Quota

I got a question about how is it that in the forcast vs. quota report it only gives us "actual" dollar amounts with concerns to invoices.  I would like to see the "sales (orders)" dollar amount instead in my report.  I also want to see "sales (orders) / quota variance" not the actual/quoata variance.  So the last two fields in this report I would like more options.  Is there anyone that can answer this question.  Thanks
