Sales reports are missing freight revenue

Have anyone have problems getting accurate information from the Sales repors as far showing the freight items on the reports?  All the standard Sales reports used to show the "freight" line items on the report through the very beginning of this year.  It did not effect the customized reports at that time.  After the new Version 11 upgrade we started experiencing the same problem with the Cutomized Sales reports.

Does anyone else has experienced the same problem and how to resolve it?
