Inventory Adjustment Report or Search

I'm looking to create a report or search that will show me what items, the adjusted by qty, amount & memo of all of our inventory adjustments that went to a particular "Adjustment Account #".  I can get some of the info, but I can't see where I can pull the Item or Item Description & the Adjusted by Qty.
Any Suggestions?
