Online Customer Forms - Requests and Submits

Under Setup > Marketing > Online Customer Forms, if you look at the External tab, you can see the Number of Requests and Number of Submits for the form. If you have several forms, you have to go to each one to gather this information.

Is there any way to pull this information together for *all* of the forms on a report?
