Complex saved search/report
I've got 4 saved seaches that I'm trying to combine into one. I'm stuck.
We have a custom record type that records date-stamped logs for items kind of like transactions). For this record there may be multiple entries per month per item with a different status for each item. An example:
Item Date Status
17456 2/2/07 Available
25336 2/2/07 Unavailable
17456 2/3/07 Unavailable
33365 2/15/07 Hold
33365 2/19/07 Available
Right now I have a saved seach with a criteria of status=hold that has the date grouped by month and the item counted in the results. I have another search for Available and another for Unavailable.
What would be ideal would be to have one search that has the date grouped by month and the counts for hold, available and unavailable all on one page (in seperate columns).
