Custom Transaction form for a Order(External)

I must be having a bad day, for the life of me I can't seem to find where I can state what parameters I want printed on our External Order.  I know I've changed this in the past, but there isn't the normal "Print" tab where you can state what you would like printed.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
