Web Query Does not work

Does anyone have experience working with Excel Web Query?  I can get the file to work the first time, but when I try to update my file it never works, I get the “unable to open; https://system . . . ; Cannot download the information you requested.”

Am I doing something wrong? Is the system timing out? Am I asking for too much information?

Any feed back would be appreciated.
