Using system notes
I have a custom field on the customer record called "Occupation." Recently we had an error result in many of our customers having their Occupation field changed. I would like to run mass update to revert these back to the previous occupation value. I noticed that the System Notes tab shows the current value and the old value for Occupation. Is it possible to leverage the system notes in a mass update? If not how about in a general search or report? I've seen a couple posts where there has been mention of using the system notes in joined searches
