Sales Cycle Time Report (2)
I am trying to find out our average sales cycle by category (Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, etc.) so our sales teams can focus their energies on those company types with the shortest sales cycle. I need this in a report format - search results will not suffice.
Our sales process relies heavily on Opportunity records (we do NOT use estimates). We have a custom field on the Opportunity that calculates Days Between Today & Expected Close Date for the purpose of maintainin an up-to-date pipeline.
Has anyone had success creating a Sales Cycle report? If so, can you point me in the right direction?
