Sales orders & cash sales on saved search to show all sales of a product by customer

edited Jan 3, 2020 12:36AM in Search / Reporting 2 comments

HI

I want to produce a fairly simple list of customers who have bought a particular set of products.

Some of the products are bought on line via our web site - in which case they are saved as Sales Orders on Netsuite. Some sales we enter manually as a cash sale (as we took the sales & card details off line) as a record of the sale.

The problem is that I don't seem to be able to combine sales orders and cash sales on the same saved search without getting three entries per transaction. I just want one line per customer & item showing the customer details, item, amount paid, quantity...

Howdy, Stranger!
