Report on all cases without restrictions
Hi,
I am trying to create a report on cases that have been created within my specified date range. However when i go to create a new report the only options for cases are:
Case Escalation Case Escalation
Closed Support Case Closed support cases
These seem to be fairly restrictive as I may want to view all cases regardless of whether they are escalated or closed. The first filter in these reports cannot be removed or changed. Is there a way to get more flexibility for the case reports?
