Syntax for Saved Transaction Search

I'm trying to define a criteria for a sales order transaction search, but I'm not sure what the syntax should be.  Here's the filter I'm trying to create:

Transaction = sales order
Status = pending fulfillment, partially fulfilled / pending billing, partially fulfilled

Quantity > Quantity Committed

OR

Quantity > Quantity Fulfilled/Shipped

I can do the top two filters no problem, but I'm not clear on how to create the formula syntax for the next two. 

Can anyone out there help?
