Help with Opportunity or Pipeline report
Your help is appreciated.
We are using NS for CRM and SFA, not for ERP. That means we are entering sales orders in a separate system. While deciding if we are sticking with Netsuite or jumping ship, we will put our sales team back into NS for basic SFA.
The reps will work through Opportunities, updating status until closed-won or closed-lost. My headache is that I can't find or figure out how to build a report that looks like this, with columns representing both open and closed Opportunities.
