Loyalty KPI?
This seems like a very basic report but I can't find it. I need a Loyalty Report which tells me how many customers returned to repurchase via my website and how long it look them to repurchase. As the customer ages how many times they purchase and what is the time frame is between purchases.
Simply put - I need to track my customers loyalty to my product through a repurchase report.
Beyond the report telling me how many new customers I've won I can't find anything that is actually useful - lilke After I win them do they come back for more?
