Gross Profit

I am trying to get the new field estgrossprofit% to show on a custom report I am making and I cannot find it in report builder.  The report i started with was Sales Order Register, which basically has what I need.  Yesterdays sales orders, but i wan to see the gross profit percentage.  The sales order total is there, and I can find the cost in report builder.  I can make a formula field to subtract the two, but then can't figure out how to use the formula field (margin) that I just made in another formula field.  Must be
