Specific Sales Report
Hi... I am trying to create a custom report for specific criteria but am having trouble figuring out how to get it... 
I'm trying to get a report that will show/list "Sales" every month.  Then will also show how much of that money ($) was actually received that month.  
Ideally I would get a breakdown of payment type, something like this:
TYPE                                   DOLLAR AMOUNT
Sales                                          30,000
COD/Check                                  2,000
Credit Card                                  8,000
Net payment (days open?)             15,000
Other income (sublease, etc)          5,000
We are trying to do budgets to figure out what percentage of our sales each month we can actually expect to receive.  
Any help anyone could give would be very much appreciated!
