Contact Search using Relative Reference 3 days ago

edited Jan 3, 2020 12:33AM in Search / Reporting 1 comment

Hello All-

I attempted to create a Contact Search that looks at specific contacts who have been an attendee attached to an event three days ago.  To identify these contacts, I used the EVENT DATE field and used a relative reference of 3 days ago but keep receiving an unexpected error.

I think the error occurs because the results of the EVENT DATE field are not strictly a date specific format ... it uses text within this value "one time event starting on 10/21/2008".  The other choices in the filter like "yesterday" or "last week" work properly, but any relative reference produces an error and I need something that identifies three days ago.  (We currently do not use COMPLETED status on events - so sourcing by date completed field would not work).

Howdy, Stranger!
