Campaign Response Field has duplicate items
Noticed that if you create a Search based on Customers > Criteria = Campaign Response: Response > there are 2 Clicked Through/Failed - delivery/Purchased/3 Responded/Sent/Subscribed and Unsubscribed
Netsuite employee's response was this is BY DESIGN and not sure as to why but checked in different Test Accounts and there are 2 Clicked Through/Failed - delivery/Purchased/3 Responded/Sent/Subscribed and Unsubscribed.
Duh....?? So, why is this By design?
Steps to reproduce
1. List Search > Saved Searches > new
2. Criteria (Standard) > Campaign Response Field
3. Select Campaign Response >
4. View the Drop Down list of Response
Result: Duplicate items
