'foreign' currencies in CRM+?

Hello,

We just went live with Netsuite CRM+ and are getting word from the UK based sales people that they can't view their KPIs or reports (e.g. forecast report) in GBP, only in USD which isn't very useful for them.

Does anyone know how they would, as a random example, see any of these fields from the forecast report in GBP?  :

commit calculated,contribution commit calculated,  best case calculated, contribution best case calculated

Our UK people would rather not do all their transactions in USD so if anyone has any hints would be very much appreciated!
