Case when "AND" statement for a formula field....

Hi-

I am trying to make a currency formula that will pull the amount value when two conditions are met... I know that in javascript I would use the &&, but in the CASE statements this does not seems to work...

My current formula (invalid)-
CASE when {currency}='Australian Dollar' AND {class.internalid}=10 then {fxamount} end

I did get it to work using the following, but it very much a pain, as I want to make these formulas that include four or five conditions, which really can't be nested in this fashion...
CASE when {currency}='Australian Dollar' then (case when {class.internalid}=10 then {fxamount} end) end
