Sales Order that includes specific item search

Honestly, I think I am overlooking something simple but I need a saved search that shows all the sales orders where we sold a specific item.  If I create a filter on the criteria for the item number it will only show me that specific item in the results - but I want to see all the line items on the sales order in the results.
So I need a way to say - if the sales order has this item on it show me all the line items on the order.  Is there a way to do that?  There must be.  I have a feeling I'm going to smack myself once someone gives me the simple answer.
