Removing duplicate rows from saved search result - Decode formula
I have a saved search that used Decode (or Case) formula to pull data from a custom record. The data is used in two columns -- Supervisor and Director. The formula works, however, the output appears with two rows per record due to the one-to-many table structure. How do I fix this and have one row appear for each record, with the Supervisor and Director appearing in their appropriate column?
Here's the formula I'm using, which works to pull the data into the correct column (just duplicates the row).
<Supervisor> DECODE({custrecord_engagement.custrecord_eng_sales_role}, 'Supervisor', {custrecord_engagement.custrecord_eng_sales_rep})
