Customize Commission Reports
We pay commission based upon % of quota attained and there are some items that are not included in calculating sales against quota for commission. In order to reflect if an item is eligible for commissions, I created a custom Y/N field on both the item and transaction records and populated it accordingly.
Now I'm trying to customize the canned commission reports to filter on/display this field and they're failing miserably since none of the commission reports allow you to show the transaction item detail. I can add the field to the columns but when I preview the report I get an error, and I can't add the field to the filters.
