Grouping Line Items in Error

When I create custom reports on Item Forecast line items at an opportunity level, the system is only showing one instance of the line item (when data for other supporting fields matches) instead of showing multiple line items....

How can I fix this?  Do Item Forecast have a unique key to ensure all records show?
