Customer Report with sales or no sales

Hi,

I want to create a report that returns a specific group of customer.  I want to view the sales information with variance for the past 4 years.  I can get this report with the following exception.  If the customer has no sales at all (which I want to see), they don't show up.  I know from experience with other report writers, that you can chose linking options between the tables so that the report doesn't get limited by the detail (ie, that the customer has no sales).  Any help out there in the NetSuite cosmos?
