Attachments Stripped

We have customers send us photos.  Sometimes the customer sends us very large photo files causing them to be stripped from emails.  I would like to create a saved search to report messages where the attachments have been stripped.  Is there anyway?  I thought perhaps by looking for attachment file named "attachments-stripped.txt" but I can't find a way to specify the attachment file name.  Any thoughts out there?
