Search for Successful Quotes/Estimates
We generate quotes to customers, and our sales team has asked for a saved search that measures the success rate of these quotes.
If a user creates a Sales Order from the Quote, it's simple to create this search, based on the 'Created From' transaction.
What I'm struggling with is: when the user manually creates a Sales Order, for a quoted item... there's no link between the Quote and Sales Order transactions. It's still a successful quote, but not traceable.
For example, Customer X gets Quote Q-123 for Item ABC. They place an order for ABC, and our salesman manually enters Sales Order
