Join of multiple records

*** Newbie alert *** First post and new to Netsuite so please have patience


We are a Rootstock customer so on top of the Netsuite records, we also have the Rootstock records as custom records. I am trying to create a report that will get information from sales (NS record), Item (NS record) and Forecast Demand (RS record). The thing is, when I create new search if I start from Transactions I can get sales info and item is a related record, but not the Forecast Demand. If I start from Forecast Demand I don't have sales or item as related record.
