Scrolling Problems on Reports

When generating reports the report page does not scroll properly, although most other NetSuite pages do. On a report one must use the down arrow on the side or actually grab and drag the scroll indicator down. In other words using a mouse scroll wheel doesn't work.
This is a minor problem on Safari (Firefox works) but unfortunately that means an iPad is useless for viewing reports.
I reported this to Netsuite several months ago but got an answer saying it wasn't so. Frustrated I dropped the complaint. Now I have an iPad. Any ideas?
