Pipeline report - keep losing Column Preference

I'm guessing there is something simple that I am missing.

I am working from the Pipeline by Sales Rep Report.  The column setting defaults to Status.  I instead would like to have my report by Month.  I can change the setting but when I return to my report it is always back to the default.  I am worried that this would be a problem when scheduling email reports as well.

Im ready for the simple solution netsuite community!
