Formula to Compare Date Fields
I'm trying to create a search which will compare the date a customer entered a workflow state, with the date of their last purchase. Simply subtracting the fields doesn't seem to be working like it normally does, I'm assuming this is because the "date entered workflow state" has a time stamp on it.
I tried writing a longer formula with a TO_CHAR command in the middle of the formula, but it seems won't work because TO_CHAR needs to be in a text based formula, and the subtracting the two dates needs to be numeric.
I'm sure there's another way to get there, but I'm just not seeing it at the moment. I'd appreciate any help.
