Accessing case last Message data via a saved search

Hi All,

I have created a saved search based on Case and I wanted to get last interaction Date/time and its message body in to search colomns. So I used 'Last Msg. Date' field.
But when I double check with actual data (Interaction--> Messages) it doesn't always provide me the correct last msg date. Can somebody please explain me the reason for that?
And also I need to get the Last Msg. body too. I tried matching Last Msg. Date with system notes data, but no luck. Any idea?
