KPI results completely different from search
I have an odd issue. I'm trying to set up a custom KPI to keep on users' dashboards. I have a search set up with a single "SUM" result. However, when that search is used as a KPI it gives a completely different number from the result of the search. I've scoured the help files and can't find a thing. Here is what the KPI says the month to date number is (and the search result is also set to "this month"):

I can't figure out why these numbers are so different, nor can I figure out what the KPI is basing its number off of. Anyone seen anything like this before and able to assist? Thanks!
