Why can't i create this report????

I am beyond frustrated right now. I am trying to create a report that details the progression of a prospect to customer with activities and any opportunities related to that prospect customer. And I can't do it!

Here is what I am looking to do:
Sorted by Sales Rep -
Customer Name  -  Opportunity Title  -  Opportunity Status  -  Task Type  -  Task Title  -  Last Sales Activity (Customer)

I've tried each a customer report metric, opportunity, and sales activity and can't seem to get all of this data into one report.

Help!
