Web Query - clear last results

Hello,

I inherited some web queries, which have been running great, but we have run into a problem. From my testing it appears that when I refresh the remote data in Excel, the worksheet does get completely cleared. So if the previous report has more records than the next report, the extra data is retained at the bottom of the new data set. I can see nothing in the web query properties to replace the entire contents of a worksheet with the new result set.

Any ideas?
