Total unique prducts search help

Hi,

I work for a company that sells cosmetics and am trying to build a search that shows each customer we have, along with information like email address, total sales. I've set those bits up but what I'd like to do now is add some results for how many unique products each customer has ordered from each of the three ranges we supply, and put each one in a different column. is this possible?

any help would be appreciated
