Item Fulfillment Report with Actual Ship Date

edited Jan 3, 2020 12:27AM in Search / Reporting 2 comments

Hi!

I have a saved search that we use to view the items that have shipped the previous day.  Because the Actual Ship Date (for some dumb reason) reflects the date the Item Fulfillment was created, we sometimes end up with items in the search that haven't actually shipped.  To work around that, I search instead by the System Notes Date field.  This filters the search so that it only returns Item Fulfillment records that have actually shipped.

I'm trying to create a report that does the same thing.  The problem I'm running into is that I can't access the system notes field from the reports.  I have put every single date field available on that report in order to find the date that corresponds to the actual ship date to no avail, and I find it ludicrous that Netsuite makes this so difficult.  Surely they anticipated that people might create an Item Fulfillment Transaction on one day but not ship it until a different day.

Howdy, Stranger!
