Saved Searches and Roles
I have been tasked with teaching one of our users how to do some basic saved searches that pertain to their job. So I made a sample search and then made screen prints of each tab to use as visual aids.
The training session started out really well, 2 problems are immediately apparent.
There is no check box to make the search public. This particular search she is working on doesn't need to be, but in the future there may be reason to need this.
There is no email tab. The whole point was for her to make a search that would be emailed to our outside reps on a weekly basis.
