Quantity Order issue on Reports
I recently came across an issue and wanted to give a heads up.
One vendor recently changed their sale units from Cases of 6 to Cases of 4.
We buy and sell in the same units.
I was looking at a Sales by Item report and noticed some of the Quantity Sold values had half cases.
The system is taking into account that on some transactions the items were sold in 6's, but are now sold in 4's. So, on any transaction that the item was sold in 6's, the Quantity Sold shows as 1.5 cases for each case that was sold. If we sold 4 cases on one order, it shows a Quantity Sold of 6.
