internal ID on Saved Searches

In my profile I have "Show Internal IDs" checked. When I run a saved search, I always get the Internal ID in the first column. Generally speaking, this is a good thing. However, I have a couple searches that get exported as .csv for upload to other systems where that field is not mapped. Is there a way to suppress the Internal ID output on specific searches?
