Possible to add a disclaimer to the top or bottom of an exported XLS report?

The have the need to put a legal disclaimer on the top or bottom of reports after being exported to XLS. Is it possible to do this at runtime when Netsuite generates the exported xls file, or is it something that has to manually be done after exporting?

I saw many PDF watermarking tutorials in the knowledgebase, but they were of no help. This is specific to XLS only.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
