How to create a list of reports run by a specific user?
I need to generate a list of reports run by a specific user, organized by date.
The criteria should be:
[LIST]
[*]All reports
[*]Run by Employee XYZ
[*]Sorted by most recent run time descending
[*]Include number of times report has been run in the past two years
[/LIST] In Criteria for Saved Searches, I can run this report based on Owner, but I don't need the Owner's name. I don't see a way to generate a list of reports run by a single user.
Should this be a Report, a Saved Search, or some kind of User Audit? How can I quickly get this information?
