Search for any items with not activity for the last 60 days

I'm trying to create a search that it allow us to show any items that have not had any financial/transaction activity within the last 60 days. Per lack of a better term, I'm looking for those items that are sitting on a location doing nothing.

Any ways, I wonder if anyone have performed any searches as the one stated in this topic.And if so, if you could provide me with any pointers/suggestion of how it was done.

Any help pointer will be highly appreciated!
